Please be aware that your warranty is only valid in the region where you purchased your unit. For instance, if you buy your unit in Germany, then you must have the unit serviced in Germany, or within that region. If you live in South America, you will be interacting with the distributor for the country that you live in. The distributor for your country/territory sets the warranty's period and its rules according to local law. It is for this reason that Line 6 recommends that you always buy your unit locally. Distributors can be found at https://line6.com/find/distributor/.

You will need to present your original, dated proof of purchase to have any warranty work performed at any Line 6 Authorized Service Center for repair.

A valid proof of purchase supplies all the following information:

  • Buyer’s name
  • Retailer identity
  • Date of sale
  • Product purchased
  • Purchase price

A proof of purchase that does not provide all the above information will not be accepted as valid. Your submission can be a clear photo or scan of a physical receipt or invoice from the retailer, and must be in .pdf, .jpeg or .pdf format.

A: Line 6 warrants that your new Line 6 product, along with its included power supplies and cables used to supply power, when purchased at an authorized Line 6 retailer located in the Territory, shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase.

Vacuum tubes, as well as included USB data cables, allen wrenches and foot rubbers are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase or unless local statutory law requires otherwise.

A: Line 6 warranties transfer from one end user to another within the original warranty period (as long as the user has the original dated proof of purchase), but not when purchased second hand from a retail outlet.

A: Products purchased from the web store at www.Line6.com, or at the official Line 6 Direct stores on eBay and reverb.com carry a 90-day warranty. If you purchase a Line 6 product sold as new from an authorized Line 6 retailer with an online storefront, the standard warranty applies as if it were purchased in a physical store. If you purchase a used unit from an individual on eBay, you do so at your own risk with no warranty offered by Line 6, unless the seller includes a copy of the original receipt to transfer the warranty to you.

A: The only way to redeem warranty on a used item is to have the original purchase receipt, dated within the product warranty period. So if you fail to get such a receipt, the manufacturers warranty will not be honored.

A: Generally, these products do not qualify for a Line 6 Factory Warranty. The Factory Warranty only applies to products that were purchased as New from an authorized retailer. The exception is B-Stock Helix units sold by Sweetwater.

Products sold as New from authorized retailers are typically very close to full price when compared to other authorized retailers, even when on sale.

A: Please refer to our Product Repair FAQ for detailed instructions.

A: Currently, Line 6 offers an extended warranty program for Helix and certain other products. Click here for more details.

The Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

  • Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit, impact from hard objects or damage to external components as a result of negligence.
  • Damage due to liquid contamination.
  • Damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for.
  • Any unit that has been repaired or had an attempted repair made to it by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage due to incorrect connection, connection to faulty equipment or connection to faulty or incorrect power supplies.

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased as new from an Authorized Guild Dealer and is subject to the limitations set forth herein.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Guild Guitars has established a network of independent Authorized Service Centers for warranty service. To receive warranty service, return the complete instrument to an Authorized Guild Service Center, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase, during the applicable warranty period.

Defective components that qualify for coverage under this warranty will be repaired or replaced (at Guild’s discretion) without charge. Remedies beyond normal service repair of any Guild instrument require both an evaluation and confirmation of the defect and a direct recommendation to Guild Guitars from an Authorized Guild Service Center for alternative considerations.

All transportation, insurance, and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs on Guild instruments are the responsibility of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose of customizing setups or adjustments beyond factory specifications. Initial standard setup and adjustment of the instrument and its components at the time of purchase are considered normal Dealer product preparation, and are not covered by this warranty.

Any implied warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, imposed under state law are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.

Your proof of purchase or sales receipt must accompany all requests for warranty coverage, regardless of whether or not you have already registered your instrument with us. Please contact us for all warranty issues inside the United States of America and Puerto Rico. Warranties for Córdoba instruments purchased or permanently relocated outside of the United States of America will be directed to an authorized distributor or dealer importing Córdoba instruments into their respective territories.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  1. Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and/or batteries.
  2. Setups, adjustments, or routine maintenance of any kind.
  3. Damage to finishes or cracks, splitting, or warpage of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, guitar straps, guitar stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or non-CMG-approved polishes.
  4. Damage, corrosion, or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts, and acids of perspiration.
  5. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument or case including jacks, controls, switches, plated surfaces, tuning machines, pickguards, handles, latches, case hardware, etc.
  6. All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Acts of Nature.
  7. Any instrument, whose serial number is missing, altered, or tampered with in any fashion.
  8. Any instrument purchased from anyone other than an Authorized Cordoba® Dealer.
  9. Instruments that have been serviced by unauthorized persons (any person other than a CMG Certified Technician at an Authorized CMG Service Center). Córdoba makes no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exceeding the specific provisions of this warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty. Córdoba shall not be liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental, or other similar damage suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits or business or damages resulting from the use or performance of the instrument, whether in contract or in tort, even if Córdoba or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and Córdoba shall not be liable for any expenses, claims or suits arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing.

The manufacturer’s warranty will be voided if you customize or modify your instrument in any way. Using strings other than normal or high tension, excluding instruments using proprietary strings, will also result in your warranty being voided.

To obtain warranty assistance, first contact the dealer the instrument was purchased from. The dealer will work with CMG to resolve the warranty claim. If it is determined that the instrument needs to be returned to the Córdoba facility, all shipping and insurance, including any perceived “collector” value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.

Upon arrival at the Córdoba facility, a determination will be made whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the issue is covered under the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the original purchaser including return shipping. The decision to repair or replace is at Córdoba’s discretion. If the issue is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair to the original purchaser will be given.

When you purchase the HumiCase within 7 days of purchasing your Córdoba instrument, we will upgrade your Limited Three Year Warranty to a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This extends coverage of defective materials and workmanship to the original owner for the life of the guitar. Pickups, switches, jacks, controls, all other electronic components, tuning machines, hardware, pickguards, plated surfaces, cases, and case hardware are still warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Send us proof of purchase of your HumiCase (copy of original store receipt or store invoice with HumiCase circled) when you submit your completed Warranty Registration card. To keep the warranty in force, you will need to store your guitar in the HumiCase when not in use and keep the humidifiers properly filled. (See instructions included in the case).

NOTE: This warranty applies only to Córdoba instruments purchased and serviced within the U.S.A. Warranties outside these countries are as defined by the authorized Córdoba Distributor for your country or region, and may vary from the above in terms and/or length.
